“Observation” assignment: Publication design, 12 page visual exploration and travel guide through Gardiners Creek.

This visual exploration rejects typographical themes to provide a visual guide through the the Gardiners Creek Trail. This small zine investigates how humans change the natural environment to better suit our needs. With digital manipulation I have created stitched patches over the top to the man made structures to emulate humanities distasteful constructions to the natural environment. This zine explores themes of contamination and industrialisation amongst a once pristine natural landscape.
